We were initially engaged to design and document a short-term expansion of the terminal as an interim facility until the site constraints necessitated relocation of the terminal and apron (as per the existing airport masterplan).

Stea presented a design which allowed the anticipated ongoing expansion of the terminal and landside infrastructure within its current structure.  This innovative solution converted short-term expenditure into a capital investment and saved Council the capital expenditure required to relocate the terminal.
