This design explored the utilisation of shipping containers as temporary commercial offices and accommodation for a river front allotment until the development of the site was commercially viable.

Designed to be relocatable the buildings are intended to provided lease income for the land owners. The design drivers were responding to the tropical climate, maximising the site views, and providing  unique functional buildings with a striking presentation.
