This simple three bedroom house on a small suburban allotment responds to the tropical climate and features a  northern oriented landscape outdoor living area.

Elevated ceilings, high level glazing and skylights provided a sense of light and volume in the house that belies its compact size. Simple inexpensive materials and vibrant colours have been used creatively to provided a  superior presentation relative to the modest budget.
