Whitsunday Coast Airport

In 2016 we were engaged to prepare a preliminary design and cost estimate suitable for a government funding application. The concept plan was designed to allow the simultaneous processing of domestic and international passengers

Onslow Airport

We prepared the 1,000 m² concept plans for a design/construct tender along with the winning design, development & documentation of the WA terminal for the selected contractor.

Longreach Airport

Preparing a winning alternative design that tendered as a Design/Construct concept, our design provided significant aesthetic functional & operational improvements.

Emerald Airport

Our design included the land-side expansion to accommodate a new security screening area, reorganisation of the departure lounge, relocation of the concessions to airside, and the reconfiguration of the public set down and car park layout.

Sunshine Coast Airport

15 years after the construction of our initial design, Stea was engaged to increase the retail space and the capacity of the departure lounge of the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal.

Ballina Airport

We won the tender to undertake the detailed design and documentation for the expansion of Ballina airport terminal.

Karratha Airport

Awarded the AAA 2016 Innovation & Excellence-Infrastructure Development Award, our design addressed the existing shortfalls and operational issues as well as the anticipated increase of passenger numbers and provided international capabilities.

Lord Howe Island Airport

This project had significant considerations to take into account including no building materials being available on-site, world heritage classifications on the island and all power on the island being provided by diesel generators.
