This beachfront family residence was designed to take advantage of its picturesque site and respond to it’s exposed location and tropical climate.

Good cross ventilation and shading was paramount for this design, as was the provision of alternative outside living space protected from the prevailing weather.

The house features a seamless inside outside transition to enhance the tropical beachfront living.

Two storey voids and mezzanine levels utilise the sloping site, providing interest and drama as well as light.
