Subsequent to Stea’s suggestion to locate of the Community Resilience & Innovation Hub over the existing carpark, Council decided to incorporate these facilities within a redevelopment of the council’s chambers.  This refurbishment was necessitated by expanding services and cyclone damage.

We prepared a concept plan and an estimate of probable cost for this $6.5 million redevelopment in less than a week to meet ministerial funding deadlines.
