Our masterplan for the Casino Civic Hall incorporated comprehensive public consultation, identification of the possible uses for the underutilised facility, and the comprehensive upgrade of all functional components of the building in line with current statutory requirements and industry expectations for a commercially successful operation. This study formed the basis of funding applications by council  for the staged completion and the architectural restoration of this local regional theatre and multipurpose facility architectural to its former Art Deco glory.
