Crediton Hall Recreation Club was impressed by the comprehensive Masterplan that STEA facilitated. Their professionalism and thoroughness helped us win a Bushfire Grant to start implementing our community’s vision. The Masterplan was also utilised to secure further funding to move onto Stage Two.

Harrisville Container Farmhouse
Steve’s designs have a strong response to the site landscape and climate including protection from searing summer sun and blasting winter winds, orientation to warming winter sun and cooling summer breezes. Investigations into energy-efficient building materials resulted in buildings requiring minimum energy for heating and cooling. Each project is always very pleasing spatially and aesthetically.
Hydeaway Bay Residence
We have worked with Stea on five designs leading to three completed projects over 15 years including a new build for a low-budget farm shed and container residence. Our Hydeaway Beach house makes you appreciate the natural world in all seasons. Stea’s commercial background in large projects has been invaluable in presenting innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Emerald Airport
The (sometimes competing) requirements highlighted by the user consultation sessions presented quite a challenge. The concept Steve proposed to us was perfect for what we need and used our sites particular situation to great effect in order to minimise cost. The end design resulted in all the boxes being ticked.
